HACKENSACK HEROES

Willard Francis Pullen photo is on the Hackensack Heroes memorial which was assembled by the citizens of Hackensack shortly after the Great War's end.

We do not know at this time, May 17, 2011, how
Willard Francis Pullen gave his life during his service in
World War I.

We do know according to the December 11, 1918 article linked below, that Willard F. Pullen was severely wounded in action on November 10, 1918.  The next day the Great War ended
November 11, 1918.

Let us not forget his sacrifice.

of the 11th month of 1918.

Warwick County Massachusetts paying tribute to Willard Francis Pullen most likely put up by family members. His body according to a note on
this website claims the body is still in France where Willard Francis Pullen was originally put to rest.
